Séan Worker

Seán has over 25 years’ experience across the hospitality, alternative accommodation, coliving, coworking, real estate, franchising and technology sectors, having held senior management roles in operations, sales development, brand development and travel tech with brands such as Marriott, Wyndham, and Aimbridge. As CEO of BridgeStreet, Seán lead a team that pivoted the company to an innovative, award-winning global agency platform, connecting business-to-business, scaling from about four thousand serviced apartments to over seventeen million accommodation choices across six categories worldwide.

A native of Galway, Ireland, Seán has also called home to the U.S., the UK, Germany, Portugal and Barcelona, Spain, as he directed operations and spearheaded development in those locations, as well as in Asian markets.

His specialty lays in business transformation management and tech assessment and integration for optimum results. The founder of T5 Strategies, Sean and his team advise both established companies and start-ups, from business strategy, intelligence and procedural and tech analysis and development, to prepping for funding investment, executive and team coaching and more. In addition, he has joined the HoCoSo Consulting expert community as Managing Director, Technology, Adaptation & Innovation Services.

Under the T5 flag, in collaboration with respected journalist and well-known industry showrunner Glenn Haussman, Seán has recently authored the book The Adapters: How the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Industry is Adapting and Innovating to Connect the World.  This interactive and digitally-enhanced work incorporates interviews with industry leaders to honestly examine the state of the industry and offer insight on leadership best practices and practical guidance on how to adapt and innovate, especially in today’s challenging climate.

Sean is also a contributor and commentator in the space, including spots on Bloomberg, speaking engagements on industry-related panels, authoring articles and lecturing.

Glenn Haussman

Glenn Haussman loves the hospitality business. He hosts the No Vacancy Live video podcast with cohost and Travel Channel personality Anthony Melchiorri; publishes the novacancynews.com industry news site; and educates and empowers people about this incredible industry as a professional speaker, host and moderator.

Glenn also hosts No Vacancy News Today, a daily news and analysis program focused on hospitality headlines, as well as Friday Night Audit, which takes a lighter look at hospitality by capturing the energy of the post-conference bar scene and offers up travel commentary on the weekly sports focused show BT Talks BaseballHis first book, which he collaborated on with Sean Worker, is called The Adaptors and focuses on capturing unplugged conversations with top innovative business leaders, that are uncovering unbridled opportunity. 

Glenn is also an in-demand public speaker, educator, custom content creator and consultant for major hotel brands, leading industry influencers and suppliers.

Before the pandemic, Glenn traveled 125 plus nights yearly, enjoying the worlds of hospitality and travel as observer, educator and consumer. As a frequent moderator and speaker, he motivates audiences with actionable insights and getting people to rethink conventional thinking. The No Vacancy podcast attracts the biggest names in hospitality, including major public company CEOs and industry influencers. The show was chosen by USA Today as a “best podcast to listen to while traveling.”

Glenn has been quoted in leading publications such as the New York Times, USA Today, Washington Post, Forbes, MSNBC.com, CNN.com and Chicago Tribune. He’s also been in the classroom, previously serving as adjunct professor at New York University, teaching classes in Public Relations & Advertising, and Consumer Behavior.

Peter ‘Art’ Lewry

Primarily a multi-disciplined creative director and producer, Art is also a designer, video director, writer, strategist, business-builder and communicator – in essence, a storyteller working in a wide range of media and environments as well as a bit of an adapter himself,

In a career spanning 38 years, Art has conceptualised, designed and produced projects encompassing conferences and live events; museums, exhibitions and interiors; brand and print design; digital; film and video; marketing; and integrated communication campaigns. He has worked extensively in the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, Singapore and Taiwan and has created communication solutions that have been used all over the world.

Projects undertaken with his creative agency Hunter Gatherer include brand experience development, video production, digital, communications production, interior design, live events and marketing for serviced apartment brand BridgeStreet, including the heretostay.tv channel with Glenn; video production and live-streaming for Chichester Cathedral and the Diocese of Chichester; video production and livestreaming for Harrow School; live events, film production and brand consultancy for the National Lottery Heritage Fund; a commemoration event at Westminster for the Infected Blood Inquiry for the Cabinet Office; live event direction and screen production for the Financial Times in London and New York; ongoing brand communications consultancy and production for PortfolioMetrix; and video production and brand development for web services companies EzyEducation and Intelliflo. Art is also a member of the Culture Communications Collective producing video content, brand develop and livestream events for Highgate Cemetery, South Georgia Heritage Trust, the International Fragrance Association UK, and Formpak Software.
